IPEP
Creating Opportunities. Building Lasting Careers.

What Is IPEP?
IPEP was created to make employment more accessible, achievable and sustainable for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Through personalised coaching, mentoring, training and meaningful employment pathways, we support individuals to build sustainable, long-term careers aligned with their goals and aspirations.
Who Can Join IPEP?
We work with:
- First-time job seekers
- People returning to work
- Individuals wanting to explore new industries
- Community referrals or agency-directed participants
There are no qualifications required to join IPEP. Every participant’s journey is unique, and the program is tailored to each individual’s goals and aspirations.
While many opportunities are within Corroboree’s civil, cleaning, security and business support teams, we also connect participants with opportunities beyond our own services. Through our partnerships, we’ve helped people build careers in areas including IT, administration, hospitality, landscaping and construction.
More Than Just Our Jobs
We don’t limit IPEP to the work we deliver directly. Through trusted partners, we help people find meaningful roles across industries, opening up even more pathways, without limitation.

Driven by Delivery. Strengthened by Community.
IPEP is 100% funded through the contracts we deliver across recruitment, cleaning, civil works, and security. Every project helps us expand our impact.
While we don’t rely on grants or donations to operate, community and corporate contributions can help us reach more people, more quickly.
It’s a model built on delivery, and strengthened by those who believe in what we do.
